    Marketing Manager

    We are seeking a Marketing Manager with an emphasis on consumer marketing to lead integrated campaigns that drive customer awareness, engagement, and program participation.

    Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this person will lead a small team and collaborate with multiple cross-functional groups (Internally and externally) to oversee team projects and their own. One of the key priorities will be to improve our tracking capabilities and metrics.

    This role is hybrid, in office on Tuesdays and Thursdays as well as occasional Wednesdays.

    The Marketing Manager will:

    Lead the creation of an integrated campaign strategy and project plan

    Play pivotal role in developing on-brand customer experience and realistic engagement targets

    Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, direct mail, advertising and other channels to specific target audiences

    Create and test messaging to achieve the best possible customer response

    In coordination with the overall marketing team, align campaigns to achieve organizational goals

    Track and maintain campaign budgets and timelines

    Effectively collaborate with the marketing team to drive meetings and regular communications to track and communicate campaign status

    Small team leadership and development as well as external vendor management, as needed

    Track and evaluate campaign performance metrics, taking a data-driven approach to continuously improve campaign results

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of relevant marketing experience

    Proven track record of developing and implementing customer-facing engagement campaigns

    Ability to create engaging messaging, execute campaigns, track performance, and improve processes for customer acquisition and building awareness

    Understanding of various marketing and sales touch points and automated marketing tools

    Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to clearly and concisely convey important information to both team members and customers

    Proven ability to apply creativity and innovative thinking to drive multi-channel campaigns

    Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Flexibility to adapt plans in response to changes in schedule or priorities

    Ability to influence a diverse audience
