Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: All SWP locations as needed
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer/Managing Physician
Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager at Skin Wellness Physicians is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the cosmetic/aesthetic and medical services offered by the practice. This role involves brand management, digital marketing, patient engagement, and event planning to drive growth in the cosmetic/aesthetic and medical segments of the practice. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the management team to align marketing efforts with the overall goals of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the dermatology practice's cosmetic/aesthetic services, including but not limited to injectables, laser treatments, skincare products, facials, peels and other cosmetic/aesthetic procedures.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the dermatology practice's medical services including but not limited to general dermatology, surgical dermatology, and other dermatologic procedures and services.
Create and implement creative ideas to develop brand awareness, like promotions, newsletters, and team competitions.
Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns to reach potential patients and retain existing ones.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Digital Marketing:
Manage the practice’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Create and curate content for social media, blogs, and newsletters to engage and educate patients about the practice’s services.
Develop and manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads) to attract new patients and increase awareness of the practice’s offerings.
Manage and maintain marketing materials as needed for all digital marketing platforms within and outside of the practice including but not limited to exam room wallboards, patient lobby TV loops, etc.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the practice’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and patient communications.
Design and oversee the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional videos.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries, and monitor/respond to patient reviews.
Ensure that all marketing efforts align with the practice's vision, mission, and brand values.
Patient Engagement and Communication:
Develop and implement patient promotional programs to encourage repeat business and referrals for cosmetic services.
Create and distribute patient surveys to gather feedback on target services and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate patient testimonials and before-and-after case studies to showcase the success of treatments.
Event Planning and Management:
Plan and execute promotional events for patients, such as open houses, webinars, and seminars, to showcase the practice’s services and attract new patients.
Collaborate with industry partners, such as skincare product vendors, to co-host events and cross-promote services.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, invitations, promotions, and follow-up communications.
Coordinate and attend all cosmetic/aesthetic and marketing related demos, lunch and learns, presentations, etc.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as patient acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI.
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes for the management team.
Manage cosmetic patient tracking database system, testimonials and referral sources and reports to assess efficiency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize future campaigns.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage budget strategies to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Provide recommendations and insight for allocation of funds across different marketing channels and initiatives, prioritizing those with the highest potential impact.
Monitor expenditures and provide regular financial reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the providers, managers, and staff to ensure marketing efforts align with the practice’s goals and patient care standards.
Develop educational content and marketing materials that accurately reflect the services provided and their benefits.
Coordinate with the provider and management teams to schedule and promote indicated consultations and treatments.
Initiate and lead quarterly marketing meetings and follow up on all items discussed
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field a plus.
Advanced training or certification in digital marketing, healthcare marketing, or aesthetics is preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in marketing required, preferably within the healthcare or cosmetic/aesthetic industry.
Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and event planning
Skills:
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Working Conditions:
Work is primarily performed in an office setting.
May require occasional travel for industry events, meetings with vendors, or promotional activities.
May require occasional evening or weekend hours to meet marketing needs or manage special events/projects.
