    The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Turner Publishing. This position will oversee various marketing and sales initiatives, including Amazon advertising, digital advertising, email marketing, and traditional marketing. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. This position oversees one direct report and two outside agencies. Responsibilities: • Manage Amazon Ads agencies to optimize ad campaigns and maximize ROI. • Enhance product pages on Amazon and the company website. • Manages ongoing projects to improve PPC and digital advertising campaigns. • Manage outside agents to create effective email marketing strategies. • Present new titles at distributors' sales conferences. • Manage in-house employees to execute frontlist traditional marketing activities for new books. • Manage in-house employees to get compelling results with social platforms, content, and influencers. • Interface with outside sales force. Evaluate sales promotions and opportunities at national and international levels, including analyzing sales data, tracking ROI, and identifying emerging trends. • Utilize AI (Google Gemini) as applicable. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing digital marketing, PPC, Amazon Ads. • Strong understanding of data analytics, mathematics, project management, digital marketing strategies and tactics, especially Amazon advertising (Sponsored and DSP) and SEO, social media, and email marketing. • Appreciate books. • Familiarity with traditional (old school, non-digital) marketing channels and tactics. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience working with Amazon advertising platforms and tools. Additional Skills (preferred): • Experience with content creation and project management. • Knowledge of book publishing industry trends and best practices. Compensation: $48,000
