This role supports Esperanza Resort and Chileno Bay Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and can be remotely based in Los Angeles, CA
The Marketing Manager serves as a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies for the property. This property based role will execute on the marketing strategy and drive social media, public relations, digital and ecommerce and ensure all communications align with the property positionings. In addition, this role will implement and support communications strategies for relevant partnerships, sponsorships and unique one-of-a-kind experiences working with the Area Director of Marketing.
The Marketing Manager role offers a base salary range of $85-95k USD plus an annual bonus as well as comprehensive medical, dental, vision and voluntary benefits, 401k employer match, employer paid life insurance and an employee assistance program and a team member hotel stay program.
