Our client, a leading manufacturing company specializing in innovative building solutions, is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join their growing team. Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be a key player in driving demand generation, managing multi-channel campaigns, and optimizing marketing efforts across various platforms. This role combines strategic and hands-on responsibilities, working directly with the VP of Marketing while collaborating with sales teams and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a performance marketing background, experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, and a passion for creating impactful marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and demand generation.
- Create engaging content, including blogs, case studies, and promotional materials (e.g., flyers), using tools like Canva.
- Manage and optimize email marketing efforts, implementing structured and automated campaigns.
- Oversee the company's e-commerce marketing efforts with partners like Lowe's, Home Depot, Wayfair, and Amazon (analysis-focused).
- Utilize HubSpot to manage the marketing pipeline; work closely with the sales team on Salesforce transitions while retaining marketing efforts in HubSpot.
- Optimize the company’s website through A/B testing and performance enhancements.
- Plan and manage PR efforts, including trade show coordination and award submissions.
- Collaborate with general managers across locations to adjust local marketing strategies and promotions.
- Assist in generating B2B leads through LinkedIn and other demand-generation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 or more years of marketing experience.
- Strong background in performance marketing and general marketing.
- Proficiency in HubSpot for marketing pipelines and campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with content creation, email marketing, and e-commerce strategies.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.
Compensation: $110,000 - $135,000 base salary + performance-based bonus, medical/dental/vision, 401k and PTO.
