Job Title: Manager, Marketing Communications and Analytics
Reports to: Senior Manager, Marketing
Status: Full Time, Exempt
Baseline Fitness is looking for an independent self-starter who is results driven. As part of a fast growing brand in the fitness industry, the position of Manager of Marketing Communications and Analytics will be responsible for all aspects of our MARCOM efforts along with marketing analytics. This position will be primarily responsible for the development, execution, and reporting of all locally activated MARCOM activities. Additional responsibilities include broader marketing analytics to drive membership growth, engagement, and retention for the organization.
Our ideal candidate is a young professional with marketing communications experience, especially utilizing SalesForce along with an understanding of marketing KPI’s and analytics plus an interest in fitness. This candidate is highly detail oriented, an excellent communicator and possesses a strong grasp of MS Excel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Oversee the planning and execution of local member communications in alignment with PF HQ national MARCOM campaigns including, but not limited to:
Debt Collection (Past due, pre/post return for collections)
Retention and win back campaigns
Upgrades + referrals
Retail promotions
Club news
Member engagement
New Campaigns
· Develop and produce marketing reporting with the assistance of the Marketing coordinator for internal use including, but not limited to:
MARCOM
Email campaign metrics including open/unique open rates, click/unique click rates, bounce rates, unsubscribes
Text campaign metrics including open rates, click rates, bounce rates, unsubscribes
Marketing
Traditional media TRP/GRP comparisons at a DMA level
Digital media impression, CTR, VCR, Pixeled joins, CPM, channel CPJ, join rates
OOH metrics including board counts, flights, impression counts, etc
Overall CPJ’s, both LAF only and total marketing spend
Promotion effectiveness evaluation including ramp profile, non-promo benchmarking, DMA comparisons
· Miscellaneous duties as assigned
· Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all communication channels
Qualifications/ Requirements
· 4 year degree from an accredited university with a marketing or communications degree
· 3-5 year of marketing/communications experience
· Excellent communications skills
· Proficiency in MS Office
· SalesForce Marketing Cloud Experience preferred
· Ability to lift 25 pounds
· Valid Driver’s License
