    Job Summary We are hiring a driven and creative Marketing Operations Consultant to amplify our brand presence across digital, electronic, and physical channels in the real estate and investment space. In close collaboration with the marketing manager, you’ll implement and execute a diverse range of campaigns, manage community engagement, develop high-impact content, and drive lead generation. Your responsibilities will span from social media, database, and website management to event promotion, analytics, and brand-building initiatives. We are looking for someone who combines creativity with strong organizational skills and is passionate about creating impactful, on-brand messaging. Primary Focus Area This role involves overseeing social media, CRM, and database management, as well as leading paid advertising campaigns, brand consistency, and lead generation initiatives across multiple channels. You will be responsible for the execution of promotional materials, campaign development, and digital strategy to ensure ongoing engagement and growth. Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy and Community Engagement • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Build and implement a strategic social media plan that aligns with company objectives to drive brand awareness and engage investors. • Content Creation and Posting: Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Tick Tock and YouTube. • Audience Segmentation and Growth: Tailor content to key audience segments, leveraging analytics to identify the best ways to engage each. • Community Engagement: Regularly interact with followers, respond to messages, and address comments to foster community trust and credibility. • Influencer Partnerships: Establish relationships with industry influencers, professionals, and thought leaders to expand brand reach. • B-roll Content: Develop 30-60 second b-roll videos that introduce yourself and transition to specific topic discussions, aiming for shorts that link to long-form YouTube videos with calls to action. Content Creation and Brand Consistency • Design and Create Visual Content: Produce engaging graphics, videos, and marketing templates using tools like Canva and Adobe Suite; collaborate with freelancers as needed. • Maintain a Content Calendar: Plan a calendar for blogs, videos, infographics, and user-generated content, ensuring timely and relevant posting. • Develop Branded Materials: Design monthly highlights of agents and “Meet the Team” posts; create templates for agent introductions and highlights on social media. • Property and Event Marketing: Ensure marketing of all properties and upcoming events with a posting frequency of three times per day, aiming to schedule one week in advance. • Event Flyers and Bios: Create and update event flyers on Eventbrite, ensuring guest speakers and team members are represented, along with a link in the bio. Campaign Development and Analytics • Plan and Launch Social Media Campaigns: Execute both organic and paid campaigns, including Facebook and LinkedIn Ads, to drive leads and attract investors. • Analytics and A/B Testing: Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize future campaigns. • KPI Tracking and Reporting: Use tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social to monitor engagement and generate monthly performance reports. • Performance Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance lead generation and engagement based on analytics; create KPIs for measuring campaign success and lead quality. CRM, Database, and Marketing Funnels • Manage CRM Systems and Database Segmentation: Ensure database quality, data segregation, and integration; support SMS, email, and ringless voicemail (RVM) campaigns. • Funnel Creation and Management: Build and optimize lead generation funnels, overseeing campaign workflows, processes, and integration with platforms like Follow Up Boss (FUB) and Go High Level. • Automated Outreach Campaigns: Develop and manage SMS, email, and re-blast campaigns for lead generation, while tracking response and engagement metrics. Website, Landing Pages, and SEO Management • Website Optimization: Oversee website designs, updates and ensure content is SEO-optimized for relevance and visibility; develop and manage landing pages to support campaigns. • Event Funnels: Create and manage event funnels on Eventbrite, capturing registrant details and integrating with FUB for effective follow-up. Event Marketing and Support • Event Promotion: Support events by creating Eventbrite listings, coordinating guest speakers, and designing engaging promotional flyers. • Community Platform and Group Management: Oversee event promotion on platforms like Skool, coordinating social media group activities, and adding team members to Facebook groups. • Capture and Utilize Event Data: Gather registrants' names, emails, and phone numbers for lead generation and CRM integration. Paid Advertising and Lead Generation • Manage Paid Campaigns: Lead PPC campaigns on Facebook and Google to attract targeted leads, tracking campaign performance and costs. • Optimize Lead Sources: Evaluate lead sources, ensuring quality and relevance; implement tools for lead capture and automated responses. Video Content and B-roll Creation • B-roll and Short & LongForm Video: Develop a “Man on the Ground Report” b-roll featuring clips from events, client interactions, tours, and interviews. • Video Titles and Captions: Utilize captivating titles, such as “Real Estate & Tech Entrepreneur,” and captions to emphasize areas of expertise (e.g., “Problem Solver,” “Developer,” “Top Realtor”). • YouTube Setup and Management: Establish branded YouTube channels for personal and team accounts; create short video intros and promotional clips with calls to action for YouTube content. Marketing Materials and Cross-Departmental Support • Develop Branded Content: Design templates for newsletters, holiday greetings, event promotions, open house announcements, and social media posts. • Internal Collaboration: Work with agents to curate top content, including intros, expertise highlights, and client instructions. • Public Relations Support: Assist investor relations and capital-raising campaigns, using social media to support visibility and PR efforts. Project Management and Administrative Duties • Task Scheduling and Review: Plan content and tasks a week in advance; conduct a daily review to ensure outstanding tasks and messages are addressed. • Tool and Platform Integration: Use tools such as Zapier for automation and integrate social media platforms, websites, and Eventbrite with CRM. • Video and Document Management: Identify tools to download videos from various accounts; maintain organized files for marketing materials and event recordings. • Team Highlight Initiative: Implement monthly agent highlights, incorporating provided templates and past examples. Qualifications: • Experience: Min of 2 years as a Social Media Manager or Marketing Consultant. Proven successful track record within real estate or finance company. • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer), Canva, Adobe Suite, webinar management, and video editing. • Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign results, and make data-driven recommendations. • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects; attention to detail. • Public Relations Knowledge: Experience with CRM, CSM, digital PR, and familiarity with market trends in real estate.
