Job Description
The Marketing Operations Coordinator serves as the primary support contact for FOODMatch’s network of business-to-business (B2B) stakeholders, including customers (retailers, distributors, and end-users), brokers, and sales representatives. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and distributing brand collateral and sales materials to support business development efforts across FOODMatch’s selling channels. Additionally, the Marketing Operations Coordinator assists the B2B Marketing team in executing trade marketing campaigns, managing social media and community engagement, coordinating customer promotions, and developing custom sales materials (both digital and print). This role also provides general administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives and operational efficiency.
