Dripping IV Solutions and Solutions Pharmacy are two locally owned healthcare businesses serving the greater Dripping Springs and Austin areas. We provide IV therapy, weight loss support, customized supplements, and pharmaceutical care with a patient-centered, wellness-first approach. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support business development, streamline daily operations, and enhance our brand presence in the community.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has a passion for both marketing and operational efficiency. You will work directly with the business owner to help manage marketing campaigns, organize provider outreach materials, streamline backend systems, and support growth strategies across both brands.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Development
Plan, create, and schedule social media content for Instagram and Facebook
Design and update marketing collateral, including flyers, referral forms, and signage
Build customized provider-facing folders and outreach packets for distribution
Assist with planning and executing campaigns for IV therapy, supplements, and weight loss services
Monitor engagement metrics and support improvements based on performance data
Coordinate our practitioners customized supplement recommendations from our ecommerce (Fullscript) by email and communications to patients.
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain and organize spreadsheets for:
Patient tracking and scheduling
Route optimization and delivery logistics
Provider outreach and follow-ups
Help develop SOPs, intake documents, and internal forms
Manage marketing calendars and project deadlines
Maintain organized digital folders and documentation across both businesses
Provider Relations & Community Outreach
Prepare and deliver marketing materials to local physicians, clinics, and wellness providers
Track contact history and maintain a database of referring providers and potential partners
Assist in organizing educational visits and community events
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, or small business marketing/operations
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
Experience with Fullscript or other supplement platforms is a plus
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and organizing workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
Bonus: Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp
