Job Description
The Marketing Operations Manager , based in Denver, will be a key driver of efficiency and coordination within the marketing function with an emphasis on Creative teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects and campaigns across wholesale, ecommerce, brand, and marketplaces. This role will enable the department to meet objectives by optimizing people, processes, technology, and data.
As the primary liaison between marketing and other departments, you’ll manage projects, track progress, and identify potential risks, ensuring transparency and alignment. You’ll set and maintain production rhythms, oversee creative workflows, review project briefs for accuracy, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery. Proactively managing timelines and resources, you’ll keep groups informed and aligned, driving smooth execution and high-impact results.

This is a hybrid role requiring some time in our office. Candidates should be based near Denver, Colorado and comfortable commuting to our office as needed.

Salary Range: $70,000 - 80,000 base + bonus
