Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Marketing Project Coordinator to join our marketing team. This individual will be accountable for delivering all marketing assets on time, as defined by our deliverables checklist, which is built from our various marketing calendars. The Marketing Project Coordinator will ensure smooth coordination of all marketing efforts and assets between our internal teams and external partners. This position is critical to maintaining the flow of the marketing department, and as such, the ideal candidate will possess strong project management experience, a deep sense of responsibility for meeting deadlines, and the ability to guide others.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Delivery:
Own and manage the Asset Library, ensuring all marketing materials are organized and accessible.
Ensure that all assets are delivered to the appropriate parties on or before the due date as defined by the Deliverables Checklist.
Calendar Management:
Manage the Marketing Calendar, Content Calendar, and Blog Calendar, ensuring that all tasks are assigned, and timelines are met.
Coordinate all deliverables as outlined in these calendars, ensuring deadlines are respected.
Project Coordination:
Oversee the creation and timely delivery of marketing content/assets by coordinating with internal creators and external partners (e.g., Email, Google, Meta, UI/UX developers).
Ensure that all stakeholders are on track with their assignments and manage any delays proactively.
Creator Management:
Coordinate and manage content creators, ensuring they have clear instructions, deadlines, and resources.
Provide regular status updates on progress, addressing any obstacles or potential delays.
Deliverables Oversight:
Ensure all marketing projects are executed based on the established timelines and deliverables checklist.
Regularly update and review the deliverables checklist to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaboration and Communication:
Act as the central point of contact for all marketing asset-related inquiries.
Foster collaboration between teams, ensuring that all parties have the resources they need to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in project management, particularly in a marketing or creative environment.
Strong familiarity with managing calendars, timelines, and deadlines.
Experience coordinating teams of creators and managing deliverables from internal and external stakeholders.
Skills:
Deep sense of responsibility for meeting deadlines and delivering quality work on time.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com) and office software (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
