    SCOPE:

    The Marketing Project Coordinator on our FIG All Points Media Advisor Marketing (“APM”) team blends key attributes of our consultative delivery model to ensure successful implementation of platforms, programs, and resources for our affiliated financial professionals.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    Marketing project support and daily management of specific tasks assigned to the Marketing Strategist/Strategy team. Integrating, reporting on, and analyzing cutting-edge marketing tactics for independent financial advisory and insurance agency businesses.

    There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assists in the implementation of marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinates various marketing activities and manages communication with stakeholders.
    • Maintains project schedules inside marketing project management software/system.
    • Generate innovative ideas for consideration and implementation.
    • Assess, implement, and manage marketing plan fulfillment resources (i.e. internal APM services, third-party vendors, etc.)
    • Quality control and coordination of graphic design deliverables.
    • Assist in graphic design and content creation.
    • Analyze and report marketing campaign performance to internal team members as well as clients.
    • Translate marketing campaign, plan and project requirements to internal and external team members.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Marketing project timeline.
    • Graphic design proof and editing process.
    • Marketing campaign (external) and project data (internal) collection and aggregation.

    • Creating new advisor programs/projects
    • Creative Briefs
    • Adding projects
    • Prioritizing projects
    • Internal proofing
    • Send proofs to advisors
    • Add or communicate advisor edits
    • Expiring points emails
    • Branding audits

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Self-development skills to keep-up to date with fast-changing trends
    • Driven, team player motivated to take responsibility and ensure successful project outcomes.

    Preferred

    • Experience working in an Agile for Marketing project methodology.
    • Experience with Adobe Workfront.
