    The Marketing Project Management Assistant will provide support to the marketing, sales, and other departments in various marketing related tasks to ensure seamless execution and to streamline marketing projects from conception to creation.

    What you'll do:

    Assist in the creation and management of marketing project plans in coordination with marketing team members.

    Capture action items, assign tasks and reminders within project management tools to ensure effective implementation of change and that project timelines are met.

    Provide reports as requested and manage data entry on internal project boards and dashboards.

    Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.

    Collaborate with sales team and other departments as needed.

    Participate in project teams and work with external agencies and vendors as needed.

    Provide administrative support to the marketing, sales and other departments as needed.

    What you’ll need:

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field preferred.

    Relevant internship or previous experience in marketing, advertising, project management or related field preferred.

    Highly proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite. Experience with project management platforms preferred.

    Excellent project management, data entry, attention to detail, time-management and organizational skills.

    Ability to influence without authority and build productive relationships with external agencies and vendors.

    Demonstrated initiative, willingness to take on greater challenges, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
