    Marketing firm specialized in representing Fortune 500 companies, including hospitality and consumer brands. Established over 20+ years, and growing conservatively.

    Offering:

    Your Role:

    • Collaborate with client service teams to set realistic timelines and ensure all stakeholders are informed.
    • Monitor and revise project timelines as needed to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
    • Coordinate with Creative and Digital Directors to align campaign timelines and secure cross-functional approvals.
    • Review weekly status sheets to set clear task expectations and manage team expectations regarding schedules and changes.
    • Balance cross-functional team workloads with other IPMs and the Project Management Supervisor.
    • Develop and implement testing and QA plans, and optimize project workflows using the Workamajig tool.
    • Participate in monthly Project Summary Scoreboard meetings for job/estimate/resource reconciliation.
    • Daily review of Staff Schedule dashboard and Traffic Calendar Hot Sheets to document project details, manage change, and provide team direction using Conversations and Deliverables.

     

    Your Profile:

    • Experience: 3+ years in an agency or in-house environment.
    • Education: BA in design, management, or a related field.
    • Software Proficiency: MS Office, Creative Suite, and Workamajig (a plus).
    • Technical Knowledge: Current web trends and technologies, like CMS systems such as Umbraco, WordPress, and Drupal.
    • Communication Skills: Clear presentation of project plans, schedules, issues, risks, and requirements to team members.
    • Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving: Very strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Project Management: Effective management of multiple, concurrent projects against aggressive timelines without compromising accuracy or quality.
