Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Health is Freedom is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our personal brand and business initiatives. This role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing, social media, and project coordination, who thrives on executing ideas and achieving results.

As the Marketing Assistant, you will help create and manage social media accounts, coordinate projects, and handle various day-to-day tasks to enhance our brand presence. This position requires occasional travel to capture content, interact with contacts, and assist in executing events or activities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

Manage and update LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms with engaging, relevant content.

Capture and create real-time content, including photos and videos of sports or fitness activities and events.

Create and share compelling posts to grow engagement and visibility.

Affiliate and Recruitment Outreach:

Send daily Instagram DMs to potential affiliates and strategic partners.

Build relationships with potential recruits and alliance contacts.

Lead Generation:

Pull and organize leads daily using tools like Google to support marketing campaigns.

Administrative Support:

Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring effective scheduling and prioritization.

Conduct weekly check-ins to ensure representatives are contacting referrals.

Qualifications

Education:

Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, administrative support, or project coordination.

Skills:

Strong proficiency with social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn.

Basic graphic design and content creation skills (experience with Canva or Adobe Spark is a plus).

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
