    The Marketing & Relationship Manager is responsible for driving F45 Training Santa Barbara’s brand awareness, membership growth, and customer retention through strategic marketing initiatives and exceptional relationship management. This role blends digital marketing, community engagement, and client relationship-building to enhance the studio’s reputation and customer experience. You will be working along our General Manager Sam Kostanbader and reporting to Tiago Magalhaes and Scott Parker. This is a results driven position, you will have a base salary plus 1% shared revenue plus bonus. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the number one F45 studio in the USA.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing & Brand Awareness

    Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email, paid ads) and traditional channels to increase brand visibility.

    Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and fostering an online community.

    Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality marketing materials.

    Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.

    Plan and execute promotional events and referral programs.

    Reply to Instagram leads, book Santa Barbara locals to a first free class via Mindbody Software.

    Make sure we are receiving Google/Yelp reviews and respond to them.

    Client Relationship & Community Engagement

    Develop strategies to retain clients.

    Organize and oversee member appreciation initiatives, loyalty programs, and special events.

    Work closely with our General Manager to create a strong, inclusive fitness community.

    Gather and analyze client feedback to improve studio offerings and customer experience.

    Sales & Membership Growth

    Implement and track lead generation efforts, including partnerships, referral programs, and local networking.

    Partnerships & Local Outreach

    Establish and nurture partnerships with local businesses and community groups to drive studio traffic.

    Collaborate with fitness and wellness brands for sponsorships, collaborations, and events.

    Represent the studio at networking events, health and fitness fairs, and community gatherings.
