As a Marketing Representative at SERVPRO, you’ll be a key player in delivering our top-tier cleaning and restoration services across your assigned territory. By connecting with new prospects, nurturing existing clients, and showcasing SERVPRO’s expertise, you’ll establish us as the trusted choice in restoration.
What You’ll Do:
Engage and Educate: Build strong client relationships through consistent route sales and face-to-face interactions, showing why SERVPRO is the industry leader in cleaning and restoration.
Attend and Represent: Increase SERVPRO’s visibility by attending association events and industry gatherings. You’ll represent our brand, connect with potential clients, and build valuable networks in the community.
Account Management Excellence: Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, overseeing each project’s journey from start to finish. You’ll monitor and follow up on assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets, driving growth and expanding SERVPRO’s customer base within your territory.
Strategize and Market: Leverage our quarterly Marketing Media Kit to creatively promote SERVPRO’s services and communicate our unique benefits to clients.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with colleagues across sales, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless experience for clients and maximize teamwork on each project.
Communicate and Follow Up: Maintain clear, open communication internally and externally, ensuring customers feel valued and informed throughout the process.

Clear Pretesting and Estimates: If you’re able to provide accurate pretesting, define the scope of services, and offer precise job estimates, you’ll create a smooth project experience from the start and increase client confidence.
