Job Title: Part-Time Traditional Marketing Specialist Location: James Crissen Shelter Insurance Agency Reports to: Marketing Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Traditional Marketing Specialist to join our multi-line insurance agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing traditional marketing strategies to enhance our presence, increase lead generation, and promote our diverse range of insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive traditional marketing strategy tailored to the agency's goals and target audience, encompassing print advertising, direct mail, event marketing, and public relations.

Event Marketing:

Plan and execute community outreach programs, trade shows, and seminars to promote the agency’s products and services, while managing all event logistics from planning to follow-up.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze traditional marketing efforts to evaluate success, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns.

Market Research:

Stay updated with traditional marketing trends and the insurance industry landscape to ensure strategies remain relevant and competitive.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in traditional marketing, with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and initiatives.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently.

Ability to learn and apply design and multimedia production skills.

Working Hours and Environment

This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 20 hours per week.

The role offers flexible working hours in our agency office.
