    Position Summary: Marketing Representative

    We're expanding our Marketing and Sales team and are seeking a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to kickstart their career in sales and explore a path toward a Senior Account Executive role at TopMark Funding.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    The Marketing Representative will be responsible for making a minimum of 150 outbound marketing/phone calls per day to prospective clients in the transportation industry. Applicants will be provided with industry knowledge and script to follow with the goal of finding a client in the market to purchase equipment.

    • After training, the Marketing Representative should consistently produce quality leads for Senior Account Executives.
    • Execute timely follow-up and lead management.
    • Identify eligibility requirements for financing and communicate these during calls with prospective clients.
    • Keep client profiles updated in Salesforce for efficient follow-ups.

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

    • Basic Computer Skills
    • Excellent Phone & Email Communication
      • Ability to make 150+ outbound sales calls daily.
    • Staying organized in all forms of internal & external communication.
    • Strong and adept in building relationships.
    • Phone Sales Experience (preferred)
    • Salesforce / CRM Experience (preferred)
    • Must pass the pre-employment aptitude testing.

    Compensation & Schedule:

    • Base Pay: $18/hour.
    • Bonuses for Funded Transactions
    • Full-Time (Monday – Friday), onsite in Portsmouth, New Hampshire
      • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    Career Path:

    • If a Marketing Rep exhibits strong sales attributes and is successful in their role, the Marketing Rep can be promoted to working as a Sales Junior, working specifically with a Sr. Representative on their transactions.
    • Further, upon success in the Junior Role and/or significant success as a Marketing Rep, promotions are available to the role of a Sr. Sales Representative.
