Key Responsibilities of a Marketing Representative:

• Promote our products/services through social media and online forums
• Create, share, and engage with online reviews
• Represent the company at trade shows and events
• Network and build relationships with potential customers
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively inform prospects
• Utilize word-of-mouth marketing by referring our company to friends and acquaintances
• Monitor online feedback and direct inquiries to the Marketing department
• Assist in organizing marketing events and campaigns
• Track customer preferences and provide valuable insights on advertising and positioning
• Offer feedback to the Marketing and Product teams based on customer input
• Monitor and analyze competitors' marketing strategies

Qualifications of a Marketing Representative:

• Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, or similar role
• Strong presence across multiple social media platforms
• Experience creating and sharing engaging online content
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for meeting new people
• Experience in hospitality is a plus
