We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Reps to join our team at Destiny's Caring Hands LLC. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional home care services while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our home care services.

• Build and nurture relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and community organizations.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and track industry trends.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.

• Represent our agency at community events and networking meetings.

Compensation:

• Monthly payments

• Competitive commission of $350 for the first 30 days and an additional $350 for the second 30 days, totally $700 per client that you bring to the agency. Checks are paid on the 9th or 22nd of every month! -Mileage reimbursement

Payments example: December you signed up 3 clients successfully and they all start services on January 2, 2025 from the start date in 30 days you'll recieve a commission check for all 3 clients for $1050.00 your commission is based on the number of clients you sign up! If you sign up 25 clients one month and they all start then that's $8750.00 the first 30 days then another $8750.00 check the second month.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, particularly in the healthcare or home care sector.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A passion for helping others and promoting community health.
