    Libraria is a leading provider of children’s and young adult books to school and public libraries nationwide. We value relationships and results, and we’re looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator who’s ready to bring their skills and tech-savvy approach to support and enhance our dynamic team.

    Responsibilities:

    Campaign Execution: Develop and execute targeted campaigns across email, digital, print, and SEO to engage schools and libraries.

    Content & Social Media Management: Create compelling content tailored for each marketing channel, including social media platforms, to expand our reach and engagement.

    SEO & Analytics Optimization: Leverage SEO best practices for web content, track performance, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize impact.

    Sales & CRM Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales goals, ensuring messaging and strategies support lead generation and customer retention.

    Event & Conference Support: Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and other events to increase visibility and networking opportunities.

    Market Research: Stay on top of trends in the educational and library markets to inform campaign strategy and keep our brand relevant and competitive.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience with hands-on marketing across email, digital, print, and SEO.

    Proficiency in social media management and content creation for a range of audiences.

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple campaigns.

    Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign metrics to drive improvements.

    Knowledge of the educational and library markets is a plus.

    Collaborative, proactive approach to balancing individual work with team goals.
