    Job Title: Marketing, Sales & Franchise Development Specialist

    Job Type: Contract (Hourly Pay: $25 - $50 + Performance Bonuses)

    About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated marketing professional who can take the lead in Marketing, Sales, and Franchise Development. Our ideal candidate is an expert in social media management, lead generation, automation, and content creation.     Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing & Social Media Management:

    Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook and Instagram.

    Create and post engaging content, including promotional materials with links to sign up for webinars.

    Set up and manage lead magnets that seamlessly integrate into Go High Level.

    Webinar & Content Creation: Design and execute webinars covering topics such as billing, business ownership best practices, and business management.

    Develop high-quality email campaigns and educational content.

    Strategically craft messaging to engage and educate potential clients and franchisees.

    Lead Nurturing & Sales Outreach: Ensure leads receive consistent communication via emails, calls, and texts.

    Implement a structured follow-up system, ensuring engagement at least every two weeks.

    Monitor lead conversion rates and refine outreach strategies for maximum effectiveness.

    Automation & CRM Management: Utilize Go High Level to automate lead capture and engagement.

    Develop and manage drip campaigns that nurture leads through the sales funnel.

    Maintain a well-organized database for efficient lead tracking and management.

    Franchise Development:

    Assist in marketing strategies to attract potential franchisees.

    Implement outreach efforts to generate interest in franchise opportunities.

    Develop and distribute educational content that supports franchise growth.

    Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

    Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and lead generation.

    Strong knowledge of Go High Level for automation, CRM, and campaign management.

    Ability to create high-quality content, including webinars, email sequences, and social posts.

    Experience in franchise development and sales is a plus.

    Excellent communication skills for outreach and lead nurturing.

    Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

    Passion, enthusiasm, and drive to consistently create and post engaging content.

    Compensation:

    $25 - $50 per hour, based on experience and expertise.

    Additional performance-based bonuses for meeting lead conversion and marketing success metrics.
