    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to promote our daycare, tutoring services, and STEM programs. This individual will be responsible for increasing enrollment and attracting new clients by implementing strategic marketing efforts, developing partnerships, and conducting community outreach. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, skilled in relationship-building, and driven to generate leads through networking, referrals, and engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing & Promotion

    Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase enrollment and client acquisition.

    Manage social media, email marketing, and local advertising efforts to promote services.

    Organize and attend events, open houses, and community fairs to attract potential clients.

    Community Outreach & Partnerships

    Build relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, and community organizations to drive referrals and partnerships.

    Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and educational fairs to promote services.

    Establish referral programs with local pediatricians, libraries, and parent groups.

    Lead Generation & Follow-Up

    Identify and cultivate new leads through outreach, social media, and inquiries.

    Follow up with prospective families via phone, email, and in-person meetings to convert leads into enrollments.

    Maintain a CRM or lead tracking system to ensure consistent engagement with potential clients.

    Customer Engagement & Retention

    Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to retain current clients and encourage word-of-mouth referrals.

    Gather testimonials and success stories to enhance brand credibility.

    Provide exceptional customer service and information to prospective families.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Experience in marketing, sales, or community outreach (preferably in education or childcare.

    Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to create engaging promotional materials and content.

    Proficiency in social media marketing and digital advertising.

    Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong follow-up and lead cultivation skills.

    Ability to work independently and meet enrollment goals.

    Familiarity with local community organizations and businesses is a plus.

    Education & Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

    2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or outreach (preferred but not required).

    Experience in childcare, education, or tutoring industry (preferred but not required).

    Work Environment & Requirements:

    Must be willing to travel locally for community events and meetings.

    Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends for events.

    Must pass a background check.
