    Bridge Tower Homes is a Texas residential homebuilder with operations in Houston, Dallas and Austin. BT Homes builds single-family detached homes, townhomes, and duplexes in urban core infill and suburban locations. BT Homes expertise includes acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, and new home sales for Build-For-Sale and Build-For-Rent clients. Bridge Tower constructs and delivers 400+ new homes a year.

    Job Summary: As the Marketing Specialist for Bridge Tower Homes, you will play a key role in developing the marketing efforts to promote our retail brand, Westfield Homes, across the Texas market. You will work closely with the Vice President of Construction Operations to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness. This role involves a combination of creative, analytical, and organizational tasks aimed at elevating our brand presence and ensuring effective communication with our target audience.

    This is a role for someone who is driven and ready to take the lead, who is creative enough to build a new brand collaboratively, and who is ambitious enough to start at the foundations to build something great.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Management:

    Lead in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.

    Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.

    Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

    Create, enter, and maintain pictures & content for listings in external listing multiple services (Zillow, Google, MLS, etc)

    Content Creation:

    Develop engaging content for various platforms, including website updates, blog posts, social media posts, and email marketing.

    Collaborate to create visually appealing graphics and videos that align with the brand’s messaging.

    Event Coordination:

    Plan and coordinate marketing events such as open houses, model home tours, and community events.

    Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, promotional materials, and on-site support.

    Digital Marketing:

    Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.

    Assist with the maintenance and optimization of the company website, ensuring content is current and SEO-friendly.

    Support PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis.

    Market Research:

    Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.

    Analyze customer characteristics to refine marketing strategies.

    Lead Generation:

    Implement lead-generation tactics through online and offline channels.

    Track and manage leads in a CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and data accuracy (Monday.com, Myhomebuilder, etc).

    Reporting and Analytics:

    Compile and analyze data from various marketing activities, providing regular reports on KPIs such as lead conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.

    Use analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and to inform future marketing strategies.

    Vendor and Budget Management:

    Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers, photographers, and digital agencies, to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials.

    Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

    3-5 years of experience in marketing - experience in the home building industry is strongly preferred.

    Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM systems).

    Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail and a creative mindset.

    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is required

    Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    Excel experience is a plus

    Working Conditions:

    This is a full-time position based in the office in Dallas, TX.

    Occasional travel to job sites and events may be required, occasionally on weekends.
