Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to produce promotional materials.
- Content Creation
- Create engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other platforms.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
- Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
- SEO and SEM
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
- Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) and analyze their performance.
- Social Media Management
- Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
- Email Marketing
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
- Track and analyze email performance metrics.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Support the Marketing Manager in various tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
