The Marketing Specialist will be a trusted team member providing care to our patients and a trusted partner to the clinical team, center staff, and the Executive Leadership team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Development
      • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
      • Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to produce promotional materials.
    • Content Creation
      • Create engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other platforms.
      • Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
    • Market Research
      • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
      • Analyze data and provide insights to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • SEO and SEM
      • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
      • Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) and analyze their performance.
    • Social Media Management
      • Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
      • Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
    • Email Marketing
      • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
      • Track and analyze email performance metrics.
    • Analytics and Reporting
      • Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
      • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
    • Collaboration
      • Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
      • Support the Marketing Manager in various tasks and projects as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
    • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
    • Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
