Responsibilities: • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message • Create, deliver, and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely • Develop the company's promotional strategy, digital marketing, and public relations • Assist in developing and implementing the company's brand strategy • Manage website design, content, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up-to-date and relevant • Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers • Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth • Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media • Creates needed materials and templates for agents and the office: flyers, brochures, and presentations • The Marketing Specialist will partner with the Marketing Director to build marketing plans, as well as drive, implement, and monitor • Conduct a search for market trends • Introduce and educate agents in new programs Qualifications: • Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required • 2+ years of experience in Marketing • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions • Develops innovative forward design concepts • Real Estate background preferred but not required • Strong written and verbal communication • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment • Has a positive influence on others • Must possess high personal motivation supporting a strong work ethic, flexibility, and creativity • Basic graphic design experience is a plus • Must have experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop); strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and WordPress • An eye for detail/proofing, design, and understanding of branding • Customer service orientation Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
