We are looking for a creative, motivated, and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple marketing functions, including digital marketing, social media, graphic design, web design and customer loyalty program setup and maintenance.

    Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Marketing Specialist to support and drive our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a versatile individual with expertise in digital marketing, social media, graphic design, web design and loyalty program development. You will work closely with our management team to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and create compelling visual content.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Marketing Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

    Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and execute social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.), engage with followers, and create content that aligns with brand voice and values.

    Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, banners, ads, and social media content using design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) to support marketing campaigns.

    Loyalty Program Development: Set up and manage a customer loyalty program that drives repeat business and strengthens customer retention.

    Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics across digital channels and social media platforms, analyze results, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and initiatives.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design.

    Strong proficiency with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).

    Familiar with Wordpress for web design and maintenance.

    Experience setting up and managing customer loyalty programs is a plus.

    In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with marketing automation tools (Constant Contact, Toast, etc.) is a plus.

    Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and loyalty software.

    Work Hours: 20-25 hours per week, flexible work schedule
