Position Overview
Titan Pro is seeking a creative and team-oriented Marketing Specialist in Clear Lake, IA. By joining Titan Pro, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of passionate, focused, and driven individuals.
Primary Accountabilities
Event Coordination
Plan and coordinate marketing events such as major dealer events, regional dealer training sessions, dealer council meetings and trade shows.
Manage event projects by coordinating logistics, venue selection, vendors and promotional activities.
Collect and analyze feedback from events to inform future event planning.
Project Coordination
Design, create, and deliver marketing projects to support the growth and expansion of company products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams, dealers, publications, and external vendors to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
Provide comprehensive support for all marketing initiatives to both internal and external teams.
Work directly with Product Managers and the Sales team to ensure the use of accurate and appropriate content and technical language.
Strategic Marketing Support
Serve as a continuous source of creative ideas and solutions to drive Titan Pro's growth.
Utilize experience and judgment to plan and achieve project goals and support team efforts.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to enhance overall look and strategy while adhering to Titan Pro's branding guidelines.
Continuously work with the Marketing Team on the overall design and direction for Titan Pro.
Ability to record and analyze complex data sets and leverage key insights to help the department make strategic business decisions that drive company growth and performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Agri-Business, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field
Experience with event planning is highly preferred
Working knowledge of current marketing communication techniques and strategies
Basic ability to operate Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft, Google, Word Press platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing a high volume of varied work and ability to meet deadlines
Displays a cooperative attitude and works effectively in a dynamic team of creative personalities
Agronomic knowledge, experience, or background is a plus
Must be able to work in Clear Lake office at least 4 days/week
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Some travel required (up to 15%)
