The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 plus bonus potential. Specific salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience and performance. Responsibilities: • Oversee website development and optimization • Create, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple platforms • Analyze data and report on marketing performance and trends • Troubleshoot and resolve marketing issues quickly and efficiently • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation • Create monthly breakdowns of our web analytics, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities Qualifications: • Experience with digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset • Excellent communication skills • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or a related field • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors • Must exhibit a strong understanding of the latest marketing trends Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
