We're looking for a dynamic marketing specialist who can maintain New Pioneer's creative standards through design, digital content development, outreach, and day-to-day marketing functions.
What You'll Do:
- Lead social media development with photography and creative content, and execute strategies across multiple platforms
- Develop email campaigns, including customer journey automation and audience segmentation
- Write and edit copy for social media, web content, and emails
- Assist with website updates, including page layouts and content creation
- Design marketing materials such as in-store signage and other promotional materials using Adobe design software
- Provide support with the marketing team, store team leads, and vendors to assist in executing in-store and community events
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written communications
- Utilize marketing request system and procedures
- Communicate with department managers on projects and events
- Visit stores regularly to support store teams and marketing placement
- Take part in marketing campaign planning, execution, and wrap-up reporting
What We're Looking for:
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field
- 2-4 years of social media, graphic design or marketing experience
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software (Mac-based Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and InDesign) as well as Microsoft Office
- Experience working in web-based formats including Web Content Management Systems and MailChimp
- Photography experience a plus
- Ability to maintain a co-operative, friendly and outgoing attitude
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment
- Able to energetically and confidently present ideas within the team environment, as well as discipline to work independently

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Position requires weekly travel to stores in Linn and Johnson Counties and must have reliable transportation.
There may be extended periods of standing, walking, computer, phone, and office requirements. Extensive direct and interactive communication with customers, administrative support, and team members on the retail service floor and in office areas will be a daily occurrence.
