    Title: Marketing Specialist Department: Marketing Department Supervisor(s): General Manager, District Head Coach, Studio Owners

    Purpose: Oversee Marketing Department with content creation, member engagement, B2B management and studio events directly correlated to lead generation, community building, Sales, and Member Engagement. Take point on communicating current month and upcoming month Corporate and Studio level events, offers, promotions to all departments.

    Compensation: Starting Hourly Rate $22 - $26. Minimum 30 hours/week, up to 40 hours per week.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities;

    Create and manage bi-weekly updates to the entire company about social media campaigns and content, studio events, B2B and other Marketing Department related essentials

    Manage social media platforms: IG, Tiktok, Yotube

    Manage Marketing Visualist(s)

    Run POC for all in studio and out of studio events

    Manage, design, or source, and schedule minimum 2, up to 5, Member facing posts/reels (pending the event) per week on Social Media outlets

    Design, or source, and schedule all monthly fitness events promotional social material and benchmark event associated leaderboards

    Organizing, budgeting, scheduling studio decorations if/when essential

    Create and execute studio newsletters (minimum 1-2 monthly)

    Manage, design or assign, and disperse all in studio event, out of studio event and B2B related flyers

    Create monthly carousels and studio calendar with Canva to post the last day of every month for the upcoming month

    Collaborate and manage New Employee headshots for social media and newsletter announcements

    Manage employee birthday social media posts

    Manage all active employee headshots, etc.

    Communicate and ensure all personnel know when fitness milestone / theme day brag boards are needed.

    Manage and collaborate event & lead generation pop ups

    Check Brand Central minimum 2-3 x week for updates from Corporate

    Read Weekly Bulletin every week (Friday) and report department related notables to the team as needed

    Assist Sales Team with Walk In/Prospect capturing and on/off boarding intros on an as needed basis

    Create / manage / receive mass texts to active members and B2B prospects

    Watch the Orange Webinar once a month, take notables and report to Team Leaders

    Create Monthly Promo Info Sheet and communicate to #Sales Team on or by the 1st of each month

    Assist #TeamLeaders in researching, scouting and contacting Founding Members/ Long Term Members (6 months +) / Referring Members (Referred 1+ New Joins) to coordinate Member Spotlights, Members Referral Program, Member Facing Social Media Content

    Take point on scouting for Active Members or Community Members to feature or spotlight for special Holiday, Event, or Promotion spotlights (Examples: Nurses, Teachers, First Responders, Military, B2B Coordinators, DTLA Small Business Owners, LA based Charity Leaders, etc .

    Manage and collaborate setting up Pop Up Table at planned events to acquire leads and promote OTF. All leads generated by MS will be reserved for MS first right of sale.

    Manage B2B Tracker. Assistance with scouting for new and former B2B Partners. Monthly Active B2B Partner Outreach to confirm point of contact details and confirm our Business Flyer is circulating the business via tenant email list, public posting or other sources.

    Lead by example for all departments with outside studio lead generation. Designated days, time and location will be assigned and allocated by Direct Supervisor(s).
