Job Description
The Marketing Specialist will lead IPT’s marketing efforts, focusing on LinkedIn marketing, SEO, and event planning. This role will work closely with the design team to create engaging content, optimize SEO strategies, and manage trade show logistics, along with other marketing initiatives. Collaborating with internal teams, this role will help align branding and messaging to drive growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, and social media.
- LinkedIn Marketing: Manage and grow IPT’s social media presence on LinkedIn, by working with the design team in creating posts, monitoring posts, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance metrics. Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
- SEO Optimization: Improve website content and structure for enhanced organic search performance. Conduct keyword research to refine our SEO strategy.
- Performance Tracking: Measure and report on marketing performance to make improvements.
- Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events such as trade shows and other promotional activities. Handle logistics, registration, and on-site support as needed.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of marketing materials for promotional activities.
- Brand Messaging: Collaborate with the design team and manage the development of brand messaging, ensuring consistent representation across channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Operations, Product, Design) to align goals, messaging, and strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities.
