    We are in search of a talented Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team and play a crucial role in supporting our marketing endeavors across various platforms. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in executing and enhancing campaigns that are in line with BLF's objectives. This role will encompass assisting with digital and traditional marketing materials, collaborating with external vendors, and providing administrative assistance to the marketing team for special initiatives when necessary. Responsibilities: • Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns on various platforms, such as digital, print, and PR. • Support in creating content for marketing materials, including updates on the website, social media posts, email campaigns, press releases, and printed materials. • Manage marketing schedules, oversee project progress, and ensure all deadlines are met promptly. • Aid in monitoring and enhancing SEO performance as well as digital advertising campaigns. • Coordinate relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. • Participate in developing and executing marketing audits to assess campaign effectiveness and areas for enhancement. • Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team by scheduling, organizing files, and tracking marketing metrics. • Collaborate closely with the team on special projects and events to ensure successful completion. Qualifications: Job Requirements: • Experience with traditional and digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content creation. • Strong writing and editing skills for creating marketing copy, press releases, and other communications. • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, providing creative solutions and feedback when needed. Compensation: $55,000 - $58,000 yearly
