This is a part-time role that could be filled by two specialized individuals (one social media specialist and one video creator) or one multi-talented professional. Responsibilities: • Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand • Script, record, and edit high-quality videos of the team, featured properties, and communities. • Posting videos to various platforms and optimizing them for reach and engagement. Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Knowledge of Marketing methods and techniques. • Experience in social media content creation for businesses. • Experience in video script writing, creation, and editing. • Knowledge of analytics. • Proven record of successfully increasing social media reach and engagement. Compensation: $17 - $23 per hour
