    Position Overview

    The Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive client acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement while ensuring compliance with the California State Bar marketing regulations.

    This role requires expertise in SEO, paid advertising (PPC), AI-driven automation, social media management, content creation, SMS marketing, email marketing, video production, chatbot optimization, and community engagement.

    The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and performance-oriented with a track record of successful legal marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

    Develop and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) to generate qualified personal injury and elder abuse leads.

    Optimize SEO and PPC strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).

    Implement email lead magnets to attract and nurture high-intent clients.

    Execute competitor ad strategy monitoring to stay ahead of market trends.

    Track and analyze conversion metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve marketing performance.

    1. SMS Marketing & Follow-Ups

    Develop and execute SMS campaigns to nurture leads and improve engagement.

    Responsibilities include:

    Content Generation – Create legally compliant and compelling SMS messages.

    Competitor Analysis – Analyze competitor SMS strategies for refinement.

    Lead Follow-Ups – Automate and personalize SMS sequences to maximize conversion.

    AI-Based SMS Follow-Ups – Implement AI-driven messaging for improved efficiency.

    1. Video Marketing Strategy

    Develop and execute video content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

    Responsibilities include:

    Short-Form Video Content Generation – Create engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

    Call-to-Action (CTA) Integration – Strategically place CTAs in videos to increase conversions.

    1. AI Chatbot & Automation

    Manage and optimize AI chatbots to enhance customer interactions and streamline communication.

    Responsibilities include:

    24/7 Response to Inquiries – Ensure AI chatbot provides immediate, high-quality responses.

    Dynamic Q&A Based on User Input – Implement AI-driven interactive Q&A to improve client engagement.

    1. Community Engagement & Event Marketing

    Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and credibility through public outreach.

    Responsibilities include:

    Event Sponsorships & Workshops – Identify and execute sponsorships and legal workshops to establish authority in the field.

    Create custom-branded promotional items to enhance brand recognition and client retention.

    Responsibilities include:

    Design and Develop Swag & Promotional Materials – Strategically create and distribute branded items for firm-sponsored events and trade shows.

    1. Advertising Compliance & Legal Marketing Regulations

    Ensure all ads comply with California State Bar advertising guidelines and ethical standards.

    Maintain legal accuracy in all marketing materials by collaborating with attorneys.

    Execute AI-optimized follow-ups to increase conversions and engagement.

    1. Performance Tracking & Optimization

    Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, sentiment score, and campaign ROI for continuous improvement.

    Conduct monthly competitor analysis reports to evaluate ad positioning and market trends.

    Provide monthly performance reports with insights into lead trends, advertising effectiveness, and areas for optimization.

    Utilize Google Analytics, SEMrush, CallRail, and CRM tools to track and optimize digital performance.
