    MARKETING STRATEGIST JOB DESCRIPTION

    Job Summary: We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Strategist to develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, talent acquisition, media engagement, and business growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing strategic initiatives across all four business units: Enterprises, Logistics, Trucking, and Warehousing. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, craft compelling campaigns, and optimize performance across digital and standard channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and target audience needs.

    Conduct market research and analyze trends, customer/potential candidate behavior, and competitive landscape to inform campaigns.

    Lead the development of multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, trade shows, social media) that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

    Support the launch of new services, market expansions, and recruitment efforts through targeted marketing efforts.

    Collaborate with internal teams—including operations, sales, and HR—as well as external vendors, freelancers, and creative partners.

    Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies as needed.

    Identify new growth opportunities across digital platforms, events, partnerships, and more.

    Ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing materials.

    Support technology launches, promotional efforts, and seasonal campaigns with strategic input.

    Stay up to date with marketing trends and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

    3+ years of experience in marketing strategy or a similar role.

    Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, social media, and analytics.

    Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

    Proven ability to turn data and insights into actionable strategies.

    Experience working in a fast-paced or cross-functional team environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.

    Background in B2B, logistics, transportation or related environments is a plus.

    · Experience with recruitment marketing in trucking/logistics.

    Event planning experience is a plus.
