Summary:
Maintaining Franchise web and social sites is top priority, as well as SEM and SEO. Perform all marketing administrative tasks related to daily route preparation, quality control data, referral source follow-up, key measurement, scoreboard, and marketing/sales plan updates. Conduct Center of Influence (COI), facility and key account research. Set-up, manage, and participate in Franchise marketing and community involvements events. Perform general marketing duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports/newsletters.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain Franchise web and social media sites; includes creating content and writing blogs
Assist with ERP (Emergency Ready Program) file completion and database management
Provide marketing administration including referral source follow-up
Provide brand and marketing coordination, including advertisement placement and tracking
Collaborate with sales team to create targeted marketing strategfies for customers of interest
Provide newsletters and e-blast coordination
Coordinate all public relations programs
Events coordination
Maintain sales materials
Provide sales route administration and database management as needed
Necessary Experience and Skill Set:
Two years' experience with sales and marketing support
Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Two to three years’ customer service, coordinator or support position experience preferred
Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to multi-task
Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Formal Education/Training:
Associate/bachelor’s degree preferred
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend, stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time. Travel is minimal, mainly kept to local area during business hours.
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:
This is a full-time position working varying hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position may require longer hours, and some flexibility in hours may be needed dependent upon the business needs.
