Summary
This position will perform all marketing administrative tasks related to daily route preparation, quality control data, referral source follow-up, key measurement, scoreboard, and marketing/sales plan updates. Maintain Franchise web and social sites. Conduct Center of Influence (COI), facility and key account research. Set-up, manage, and participate in Franchise marketing and community involvements events. Perform general marketing duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports/newsletters.

Necessary Experience and Skill Set
· Experience with sales and marketing support
· Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
· Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
· Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
· Two to three years’ customer service, coordinator or support position experience preferred
Formal Education/Training
· Associate/bachelor’s degree preferred
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend, stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time. Travel is less than 20%, primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be required.
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:
This is a full-time position working varying hours between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position may require longer hours, and some flexibility in hours may be needed dependent upon the business needs.
