In this marketing and advertising position, you will work closely with our doctors, CEO, managers, and other staff of Ki Health Partners, LLC. Must have a friendly and pleasant personality to encourage a positive workplace environment. Must have great customer service skills and communicate well with others, be self-motivated, well-organized, and have great attention to detail. The position is full-time, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) Pay is determined by experience. Benefits include PTO, holiday pay, 401k, health insurance, and more.
Job Description: Provide analysis and recommendations on various marketing strategies. Identify appropriate social media channels, design and execute marketing campaigns, track performance, and implement approved necessary changes. Communicate with the leadership about all marketing-related activities. The specialist is responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of marketing and advertising for clinical research trials at multiple sites around the United States.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Market research and analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target demographics and current trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Brand and campaign development: Creating and maintaining a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels like digital, print, email marketing, public relations, and community outreach.
• Patient engagement strategies: Implementing strategies to foster patient loyalty and retention through education and feedback mechanisms.
• Website and Social Media Management: Overseeing multiple websites, ensuring it is user-friendly, informative, kept current, and optimized for search engines. Managing social media presence to engage with potential and existing patients, promoting research services, and building an online community.
• Public relations: Building relationships with local media outlets to secure positive press coverage and promote current research trials and success history.
• Performance tracking and analysis: Monitoring key marketing metrics like website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
• Compliance with regulations: Ensuring all marketing activities adhere to HIPAA regulations and Institutional Review Board (IRB) and other research marketing guidelines.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, communications, or a related field 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including medical terminology, patient needs, and current healthcare trends.
• Proven experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and writing skills to develop compelling marketing content.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with owners, and the research directors to execute marketing plans.
