    The Remote Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist will contribute to the agency’s growth by managing and qualifying lead outreach, executing digital marketing initiatives, managing client interactions, and enhancing our brand's presence online. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized individual with a knack for digital content creation, lead nurturing and relationship building, and community outreach. This position offers flexible, remote work arrangements and requires a part-time commitment of approximately 20-30 hours a week.

    OBJECTIVES

    Lead Management & Business Development

    Make initial outreach calls to potential clients and follow up on leads generated from digital sources such as internet leads, referrals, recaptures, and warm transfers

    Proactively managing leads pipeline and generating consistent lead flow through marketing initiatives

    Coordinate and prepare quotes for internet leads, ensuring timely responses to new inquiries.

    Maintain organized records of lead interactions and manage follow-ups to optimize conversion rates.

    Content Creation & Digital Marketing

    Develop eye-catching, informative, and brand-consistent graphics using platforms such as Canva for social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

    Collaborate with agency leadership to create content that promotes our services and educates clients about insurance offerings.

    Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google and/or Facebook, monitoring performance and adjusting for maximum ROI.

    Plan, draft, and execute posts across social media platforms to engage our audience, promote our services, and share client success stories.

    Community Outreach & Engagement

    Build relationships with our Centers of Influence (COI) by initiating digital outreach through email and social media.

    Assist in scheduling in-person appointments with potential COIs and clients to support our agency's growth through networking and partnerships.

    Support agency-sponsored events by assisting in planning, promotion, and follow-up to maximize community engagement.

    Reputation Management & Client Interaction

    Monitor and respond to Google Reviews to reinforce our agency's dedication to customer satisfaction.

    Develop a strategy to encourage positive client reviews across various platforms.

    Coordinate with our client service team to ensure feedback from reviews informs our service improvements.

    COMPETENCIES

    · Experience in client or lead management, with the ability to handle initial outreach calls professionally and follow up on leads with precision.

    · Proficiency in Canva for content creation and experience with managing Google and/or Facebook ad campaigns.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage clients and community contacts effectively via email, phone, and digital channels.

    · Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively on lead inquiries and outreach efforts.

    · Self-starter with a can-do attitude and willingness to adapt in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

    · Familiarity with insurance terminology, quoting processes, and/or lead generation within the insurance industry is a plus, but not required

    · Familiarity with CRM systems, Canva, and basic digital advertising is preferred.

    · Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness required.

    REQUIREMENTS

    5+ years in a professional setting

    5+ years in a customer facing or service based role

    Dedicated Hours available to work; uninterrupted

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

    This position will require travel - up to 15%
