    Job Description:

    Comprehensive Home Health Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Outreach Coordinator with experience in health care including home healh, home care or hospice to join our team. This position is crucial in promoting our home care and home health services to skilled nursing facilities, senior living facilities, hospice, and the broader community. The successful candidate will have a key role in establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare partners, driving client acquisition, and providing valuable support in client intakes and administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    Marketing and Outreach

    Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Comprehensive Home Health Solutions services to skilled nursing facilities, senior living facilities, hospice, and the wider community.

    Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities to generate referral partnerships.

    Organize and attend events, conferences, and meetings to increase brand visibility and establish a strong presence in the community.

    Client and Patient Acquisition

    Actively seek new clients and patientsthrough outreach efforts and partnerships.

    Conduct initial intake conversations and assessments to understand their needs and match them with appropriate home care services.

    Collaborate with the services teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and patients.

    Administrative Support

    Assist with administrative tasks related to documentation, onboarding, etc.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of marketing activities, stakeholder interactions, and outcomes.

    Communication

    Effectively communicate the benefits of Comprehensive Home Health Solutions services to potential clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

    Provide regular updates to the management team on marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and client acquisition progress.
