What You'll Do:
Drive Agency Growth: Use innovative marketing strategies, internal lists, and new business prospects to expand multiline households and grow the agency.
Engage with Customers: Build long-term relationships with clients through social media, marketing events, and personalized touchpoints.
Sales & Lead Generation: Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement. Close deals efficiently with consultative sales approaches.
Marketing & Branding: Enhance the agency’s visibility by participating in community events, leveraging digital platforms, and hosting promotional activities.
Customer Retention: Manage existing customer relationships by providing exceptional service, upselling opportunities, and keeping clients engaged.

What We Offer:

Total Year 1 Compensation: $48,000 - $62,000+
Base Salary: $35,000 - $42,000
Bonus & Commission: Potential to earn an additional $13,000 - $20,000 based on your sales results. Sky’s the limit!

Licensing Requirements:
Must hold valid insurance licenses (Property, Casualty, Life; Health optional).
Valid driver's license required.
