We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our marketing and sales efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to implement strategies, support sales activities, and ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support sales objectives.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
Coordinate and execute sales events, webinars, and promotions.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Maintain customer and prospect databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Assist with lead generation and nurture relationships with existing clients.
Provide sales support and ensure smooth communication between marketing and sales teams.
Help track and report on sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales coordination.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
A strong team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving results
