Blue Print Out is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our marketing and client outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating campaigns, and building strong client relationships. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and sales activities.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events
Coordinate communication between the sales and marketing departments
Track and report on marketing and sales performance metrics
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Support the development of sales materials and presentations
Maintain organized records of leads, prospects, and client interactions
Schedule and manage client meetings and follow-ups
Ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date and aligned with brand standards
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
1-2 years of experience in a similar marketing or sales support role preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
