Property Soar is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to enhance our marketing efforts and support our sales team. The ideal candidate will combine a creative mindset with analytical skills to help drive client engagement and support revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote services and engage target audiences.
• Coordinate and support sales initiatives, including lead generation and follow-ups.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition insights.
• Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless alignment between marketing strategies and client outreach.
• Organize events, workshops, and client meetings as needed.
