Marketing and Special Events Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Marketing and Special Events Coordinator who is dedicated to promoting the importance of early childhood literacy and helping children develop the foundational skills they need to become confident readers. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential sponsors and explaining how their support directly impacts children's learning experiences and fosters a love for reading.

You will share the story of how our programs create inspiring, educational environments that cultivate curiosity, literacy development, and a lifelong love of learning. By building relationships with sponsors, you'll help them understand the profound difference their contributions can make in providing children with the best opportunities to develop essential reading skills, ensuring they are prepared for academic success and future growth. Your efforts will be key in gaining support that directly benefits early literacy programs, helping us reach more children and empowering them to thrive.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans to increase enrollment and promote the school's brand

Plan and coordinate special events such as Lasso Your Imagination, Run With Your Imagination, Rev Up Your Imagination, open houses, parent workshops, and community outreach programs

Create and manage social media content to engage with current and prospective families

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels

Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in marketing or event coordination

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing analytics tools

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
