Primary Responsibilities-Marketing and Transaction Coordinator:
Maintain and update property listings on LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi, and the company website.
Collaborate with CoStar/LoopNet representatives to optimize account capacity and stay current with software updates.
Schedule and coordinate photography for new acquisitions and existing properties.
Track and document all marketing activities.
Work with third-party marketing firms to develop and update brochures, information sheets, and website content.
Manage and update the internal property information database.
Organize and update reports for weekly deal meetings.
Develop and schedule email marketing campaigns across the property portfolio.
Pull and analyze weekly property performance reports.
Conduct market and property research using county/state databases.
Prepare tour information packages for executive property tours.
Draft letters of intent for lease and purchase transactions.
Research potential building users and compile contact information.
Summarize and analyze tenant lease agreements.
Review invoices and submit them for executive approval.
Work with the internal engineering team to update property floorplans for marketing purposes.
Maintain team and individual calendars as assigned; assist other departments as needed.
Suggest and coordinate event attendance, manage association memberships, and organize small events.
Lead or assist with tenant tours and broker open houses as needed.
Qualifications-Marketing and Transaction Coordinator:
Strong writing and analytical abilities, capable of presenting marketing and financial data clearly.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player with problem-solving skills.
