We are looking for an SEM/PPC Specialist that can generate lead conversions with SEM and paid social media ads for Marketopia and its clients.
Given this opportunity, you’ll be responsible for creating and managing SEM/PPC advertising campaigns in Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and programmatic platforms.
Success will be measured on generating MQLs for Marketopia and its clients, efficiently managing digital ad spends, and maintaining the lowest possible CPL.
In addition, you must be able to report on lead generation performance and be able to digest and provide campaign analysis that allows for continued performance improvement.
We expect to see candidates who can impress us with their working knowledge and expertise of SEM and be a master of the trade. Our perfect fit will have previous working experience managing multiple campaigns at once and generating results.

Responsibilities:
Provides SEM/PPC analysis and optimization.
Ensures paid search supports key SEO initiatives.
Tests, assesses, and makes suggestions in the paid search program to grow traffic and conversion rates.
Creates and manages ad copy, keywords, audience and ad spend/bid strategy.
Creation and implementation of landing pages within the CRM (HubSpot and SharpSpring)
Ability to manage multiple ad budgets for client SEM
Ability to coordinate with the Digital Team on SEO strategies to increase web traffic and engagement
Performs continuous SEM tactical optimization based on reporting and results.
Produces ongoing reporting on site traffic and engagement generated by PPC
Identifies and analyzes metrics, keyword research and ranking, competitive market analysis, website analysis, and implementation of search best practices.
Ability to create, implement, and optimize search campaigns across multiple search engines
Conducts keyword researches and provides analysis and recommendations on how to best position SEM ads.
Ensures proper business intelligence (analytics, KPI's analysis and reporting) are applied and performs ROI analysis.
Perform detailed keyword research on a regular basis expanding the existing organic reach, competitive benchmarking and cross-channel analysis to arrive at targeted keyword sets.
Knowledge of inbound call tracking for websites
Analyze SEO reports and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on insights that can be used for SEM ads.
Collaborate with social media team to optimize campaigns
Thorough knowledge of Google Ads platform – campaign structure, ad set structure, ad quality scoring, bid strategy, audience building, remarketing campaigns, search campaigns, and display campaigns.
Thorough knowledge of the LinkedIn Campaign Manager platform – campaigns, ad sets, A/B testing, ad spend management, audience targeting, retargeting, and the various types of ads that can be used.
Thorough knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager platform – campaigns, ad sets, A/B testing, ad spend management, audience targeting, retargeting, and the various types of ads that can be used.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
3-5 years of professional digital marketing experience—preferably working with technology or B2B clients (agency experience is a plus)
Proven experience with creating lead generation SEM/PPC campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Programmatic
Google Analytics and Google Ads certified
An understanding of how the search engines rank websites and basic SEO best practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks
Accuracy and attention to detail
Positive attitude and collaborative approach toward working with a team
Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console)
Thorough knowledge of WordPress and Ninja Forms
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads
Experience working with Zapier integration software
Prior experience working in a CRM – preferably HubSpot and SharpSpring
