We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, knowledgeable about current trends, and capable of executing effective social media strategies across various platforms. The Social Media Assistant will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's online presence and engaging with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and graphics.
2. Scheduling and Posting: Create and manage a content calendar, schedule posts, and ensure consistent and timely posting across all social media channels.
3. Social Listening: Keep a pulse on industry trends, news, and conversations relevant to our brand, and leverage this information to optimize content strategy.
4. Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
5. Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and promotion of social media campaigns, contests, and giveaways.

Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their best practices.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
3. Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
4. Creative mindset and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
5. Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark is a plus.
6. Knowledge of social media advertising and boosted posts is advantageous.
7. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
